This a gentle and relaxing experience, it's a non-invasive way to reduce stress/anxiety, helping to improve an overall feeling of wellbeing. Your choice of reflexology on the feet or on the hands. New reflexology techniques to help wth treatment of pain is now available.

Advanced massage techniques used on areas of tension, improving circulation. It is highly recommended that clients drink a lot of water after this therapy.

Touch for Health (Student) using a system of muscle testing that helps with posture balancing, emotions, energy and feelings of health and wellbeing.
(As a student a donation of £20 is suggested)

A deeply relaxing treatment which uses gentle head massage to alleviate stress and tension throughout the whole body.
The workshop is aimed at small groups and will last approx. 2½ hours. During this time you'll learn about safely using essential and carrier oils. At the end of the workshop you'll make your own unique and completely natural essential oil perfume to take home.
